We provide volunteer Emergency Medical & Rescue services to North Brunswick and surrounding communities with 4 Type-3 Ford ambulances, 2 support vans, a small boat and a state-of-the-art Rescue Truck!

These are the documents required for Full membership to NBFARS. Updated 02/2009 by the Membership Committee.

Membership Documents

If you are interested in becoming a member of NBFARS, there are four documents that you will need to read and/or complete:

 

  1. MEMBERSHIP LETTER   new!  
  2. APPLICATION               
  3. PHYSICAL FORM        


Prospective Associate Members need to download and follow the GUIDELINES for the associate member program as well as the above. If you are unable to download and view the documents above,, please use the Contact Us link at the top of the page, or call 732-545-1024 and request a membership packet. Spell your name, and include your mailing address & phone number. We will then send the documents to you.
